Butterflies Radio @IndieViews Artist Spotlight - Radio Drive - 4/9/12

Kevin Gullickson is a one man band in the most modern sense of the phrase. He is the force behind Radio Drive from Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota, USA. Radio Drive's fourth album, "This Is Our Time" was released in March of this year and is the second album produced by Gene Paul, the son of Rock God, Les Paul.

Kevin is heavily influenced by bands like The Beatles and U2. Though he is American, his musical influences come through in his vocals, with hints of a British accent.

Along with being influenced musically by U2, Kevin is influenced by Bono's charitable work and recorded a song called, " One Life to Give" which he performed a couple of years ago in Hollywood with other artists, with proceeds going to help the people of Sudan.
